Solitaire german Imaginary Explosions is an artistThese photos were taken during 20082013 in Saint Petersburg as a documentation of authors everyday household routines. All these years he lived in shared, so called communal, flats. There you dont choose your flatmates, usually they are families with kids and elders, mixed with students and migrant workers. Common areas, the kitchen and the bathroom, are the places to meet each other, willingly or unwillingly, and not so comfortable and nice to be in.
