This kit was intended for the Boy Scout of America and upon competition a merit badge was rewarded. This is most likely from the late 60's 70's due to the manufactures name. It contains three tenite plastic lure bodies as long with the required hardware and paint. This kit is unused and it great condition, aside from the paint going bad.
