this family owned business has been making some of the best Aussie whisky for over 20 years

Some people thought this was a bit youthful and intense - the alcohol isn't perfectly integrated and its a bit rough and spirity on the nose - a drop of water really opens it up

Kudos to Whisky and Alement as its the only bar that I have ever seen actually open a set of the Seekers which is a shame as its amazing whisky. Four original art works were
