Eau De Nil Twister Salt and Pepper Mill scalloped tray Our collaboration with Sophie PatersonThe Eau De Nil lacquered Twister salt mill, pepper mill is suitable for either Salt or Pepper. Featuring a scooped concave scallop shape. The pepper grinder, salt grinder is made from sustainably sourced rubber wood, finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer hand polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. The mills can be used for grinding either Rock Salt (Dry Salt Crystals) or Black
