We asked for NO chemical spraying (sodium or potassium iodide), no chemical bleach and no anti caking agents. This is pure ALL NATURAL sea salt straight from the farm. It is an all natural coarse salt. Produced through solar evaporation of sea water. This is packed in a 10oz jar. Shelf stable for three (03) years.
