A well preserved Kriegsmarine EM NCOs overseas cap, constructed of dark navy blue wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, gently scalloped toward the front. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia constructed of a dark navy blue rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 62 mm (w) x 28 mm (h) overall.
