A rare and historically significant letter, printed on off white paper with black ink, presented with the letterhead of Reichsminister Hans Frank, featuring a typewritten inscription directed to Hauptmann (a. D.) Fritz Wiedemann, Adjutant to the Fhrer from 1934 until 1939, with content concerning a proposal by a Major (a. D.) Kiesel, and with Frank accordingly indicating agreement with the formers assertions
