WWI War and Victory Medals with MID leaf
The interior retains all leather and canvas elements composing a liner and chinstrap
crazing evident in the red enamels on the upper tip of the arm at 9 o'clock on the obverse
Stitched into the upper left chest are seven horizontally-arranged threaded loops for the accommodation of a medal bar
in silvered bronze with textured red enamels

Luneschloss visually-hidden WWI War and Victory MedalsAn M1876 pattern sabre, produced post 1888 due to the absence of the second ring on the scabbard, featuring an 81 cm long polished steel blade featuring the Yzerhouwer etching, which is now lightly visible due to polishing, marked PDL above guard denoting the German blade manufacturer P. D. Luneschloss, Solingen, with silvered steel stylized guard and shark skin, wire wrapped handle, accompanied by matching scabbard, total length of 98 cm, very fine.
