A silver gilt Maltese cross three arms with white enamels, one consisting of a silver gilt frame, with Fleur de lis between each arms of the cross, suspended from arabesques a hollow swivel crown, a red and white enameled bow and a broad loop for suspension from a replacement black silk neck ribbon, measuring 45. 4 mm (w) x 107. 5 mm (h in total), weighs 37. 9 grams, in overall extremely fine condition.
